Living 2013 . Happy 2014

I want to end the year surrounded by candles! This winter has been too dark and wet that I want to soak myself in  all kinds of light.

I had an interesting interior year because it was all about finding pieces that will stay and define our way of life. My absolute favorite is the Ikea Bonde bench makeover. It was an easy DIY and it has a style that last.

For the New Year I wish for more creativity, more ideas and better pictures :)

So This Was Christmas 2013

With this pictures of our Christmas-decorated home I hope that you had a very nice Christmas time.

As I mentioned on my last post, December came with some heavy stuff on a personal level, and I had to make the decision to prioritize my family and my health. I am happy to say that now I am feeling much better.

Now I miss blogging and being creative! I am looking forward to be back soon with more of my own ideas and pictures to show them to all of you.

Lately & Thankful ♥

This December came like a breaking ball both in a good and bad way -but I am doing everything in my power to stay positive. Despite those things I could complain for, I am totally thankful and grateful for this amazing year.

I have been on a wonderful trip to Lillestrøm, a cute town right outside Oslo. Together with 40 Norwegian Interior Bloggers we had a "pre" Christmas gathering. We were pampered from A to Z by Fabelaktig Maia and her group of partners, first with a champagne, tapas and with VIP shopping at "ZanZ-ikke som hos naboen". We then enjoyed a lounge for dinner and presentations from some inspiring entrepreneurs, like: Festfabrikken/Partyplanner, Lille Himmel/ Ruth&Rudolf, Love is Green, Passion for baking, Secrets by B and Woods Agenturer.

Two happy faces! My friend Veronika, I vinduskarmen, won a trendy Kubus 8 candlestick and I was photograph by Lotta, Lottas himmelrom, picking up two wonderful goodiebags from Lille Himmel and Ruth&Rudolf.

Another thankful thought is to my fellow bloggers from Blad. I got second place in the last blog challenge of the year and that makes me really happy! GRACIAS!
