#SoMe_greet Blog Event

What keeps me going and exited about social media is the opportunity to stay in touch with amazing and creative people. Thanks to bloggers like Fabelaktig Maia assisting to blog events have been wonderful experiences. It is impossible to pick up only one good memory from a Fabelaktig event. Not only she shares beautiful gifts from her sponsors, she also keep us inspired with workshops and speeches from talent entrepreneurs.

September 14th I took an airplane to Torp, Sandefjord Airport, 110 kilometers south of Oslo. My lovely blogger friend Linnea was kind to pick me up and we had a road drive to Langesund were we stayed at the Quality Hotel & Resort Skjaergarden. From there we head to the cute town of Brevik. 

This Fabelaktig #SoMe_greet event was hosted at the party shop Festfabriken and we got the opportunity to enjoy all the shop goodies, workshops by Tonerose Design and Unni Strand and inspirational speeches by Anemones Skafferi and Barnelykke

Lately & Thankful ♥

This December came like a breaking ball both in a good and bad way -but I am doing everything in my power to stay positive. Despite those things I could complain for, I am totally thankful and grateful for this amazing year.

I have been on a wonderful trip to Lillestrøm, a cute town right outside Oslo. Together with 40 Norwegian Interior Bloggers we had a "pre" Christmas gathering. We were pampered from A to Z by Fabelaktig Maia and her group of partners, first with a champagne, tapas and with VIP shopping at "ZanZ-ikke som hos naboen". We then enjoyed a lounge for dinner and presentations from some inspiring entrepreneurs, like: Festfabrikken/Partyplanner, Lille Himmel/ Ruth&Rudolf, Love is Green, Passion for baking, Secrets by B and Woods Agenturer.

Two happy faces! My friend Veronika, I vinduskarmen, won a trendy Kubus 8 candlestick and I was photograph by Lotta, Lottas himmelrom, picking up two wonderful goodiebags from Lille Himmel and Ruth&Rudolf.

Another thankful thought is to my fellow bloggers from Blad. I got second place in the last blog challenge of the year and that makes me really happy! GRACIAS!

Very Special - Amundsen Spesial

Back in June, during the Summer Blog Party in Haugesund, we had the opportunity to taste the delicious food products from Amundsen Trading.

Amundsen Trading is a Norwegian family business owned and operated by the couple Eva Mariann and Trond Amundsen. They have exclusive rights to the wholesale trade of several food brands in Norway, including JME Food, managed by the famous English chef Jamie Oliver.

My hubby used some of the JME Food products that I got in my goodie bag from Amundsen Trading to prepare a delicious chicken pasta salad with pesto and a very good focaccia for me and my blog party guests last Friday. Nam! Everything was sooo good!

I made a refreshing mango and passion fruit ice tea from Whittard, that is also one of the brands that Amundsen Trading imports to Norway.

If you ever visit in the beautiful city of Haugesund you can visit their store Amundsen Spesial in Haugesund Downtown or Oasen Storsenter. They also have a web shop.

Summer Blog Party

Last Friday I hosted a summer blog party with five lovely and creative lady's from my area. It was and afternoon filled with good food, that my hubby prepared for us, drinks, surprises and a lot of laughing!

You know you are having a good time when you forget to take pictures and just want to enjoy yourself. That happened to me, that is why I only have the "before pictures".

We had to stay indoors because of the bad weather, but I wanted to have the feeling that we were outdoors and came out with the idea of hanging party lights and pompons in the ceiling. Cute!

The party lights are from Clas Ohlson and the pompoms from Søstrene Grenes.

The table seating was simple with white and mint colors. The napkins and the cube candle holder are from Clas Ohlson, the blue tealight holders from Tine K and the paper straws from Sweet Estelle's Baking Supply.

We had a really good time 😊 Thank you, lady's, for coming.

Summer Party - Sommerkos på Haugalandet

"Sommerkos på Haugalandet" was an amazing party!

Fabelaktig Maia and MittSitt Karianne did a fantastic job putting together a wonderful afternoon that it's going to be very difficult to forget.

Designer Kristine Vikse and Cathrine from Bryllupsbyrået came to the party to inspire us.

We also got to taste delicious sweets from a local bakery and Eva Marianne and Trond told us about their firm, Amundsen special, that imports yummy food products.

Between all the goodies the most fun was to socialize with 49 creative girls!

I just have to show you this pictures of Karianne! She is such a beautiful person and her house was a  reflection of her personality.

Thanks' to my partners in crime drommenombadekar Kristine and  i vinduskarmen Veronika for a safe and fun trip from Bergen to Haugesund! We made it with 49 Clas Ohlson lamps in the trunk of the car :)

Fabulous Gathering

Thanks for the fabulous Maia we, (47 Norwegian interior bloggers), had an amazing weekend in Stavanger.
She manage to put together a whole day full of surprises.

 

 We visit the store Den Franske Landstil where we got the VIP treatment: champagne, apple muffins, chocolates, fashion show, good times Christmas music, 30% discount in the in the whole store and a dreamy goodiebag.

 

 

 

 

 During the evening we got together in restaurant in down town Stavanger for tapas, cava, gratis champagne and we had more time to get to know each other. In my table I enjoyed the company of Lill, Elisabeth, Hilde, Michelle and Birgit.

 I couldn't have a better partner in crime than Veronika. We had a really fun road trip from Bergen - Stavanger - Bergen! Thank you so much ♥

I am soon ready for Christmas!
