From Within - Desde Adentro

In a year my decoration taste has grown within in my desire to travel, discover and enjoy different cultures. In the Master Bedroom me and my hubby dream about New York but in the Living Room a comfortable Moroccan style fills up the room with warm colors.

The oil painting in the wall takes me back to my home in Colombia.

One Year Living Four Seasons

December 26th in 2011 I made a resolution and January 1st. 2012 I launched Living Four Seasons. It has been an adventure of learning, understanding and creating. I had met inspiring people and I had amazing opportunities. The journey is just beginning, since there is so much out there I want to do, see and experience.

With the help of sponsors whom sell some of my favorite interior treasures, I am going to celebrate my 

blog´s 1st. anniversary during January with some give-aways.

New Year Table Setting

We invited friends to a pre-New Year's dinner and I've put a simple, but cute table setting.

For the center piece I used one of the rare wood sticks that my younger son likes to bring home from the forest. I tangled a light chain from Ikea to the stick and added the cute mushrooms from Bloomingville. I put around my favorite candle holders from Riviera Maison.

A sweet gesture is to leave a surprise on everyone's plate. This time I put euro chocolate coins and one candy necklace for a special young girl.

I own different sets of glasses, but only six of each serie so mix and match is allowed. It's a party, the table setting can be fun too and paper straws are for for kids and adults.

The 2013 banner is from the beautiful blog Shanty-2-Chic. Just print, cut and hang! I added the cute wood stars from Mester Grønn but it's a good idea search for printable stars on google or pinteres.

Out With The Old

With only some little changes of colors and details in the living room we are preparing for welcome the New Year.

I got new party lights, this ones from Clas Ohlson can be used indoors, outdoors, or both.

This cute basket from Home & Cottage was a bargain (50% off) and I love the details on the top.

I want to keep the Moroccan style on the living room and this basket inspires me.

I pip up the little glasses that I used for the advent paper candles with the New Year's whistles.

Only 4 days left for the New Year and I am preparing a surprise to celebrate my first year blogging
