New Year 2016 - free printable & Table decor Ideas

We are still enjoying the magic of this Christmas but I can stop thinking that the new year is around the corner and wanted to share a free printable and some dinner table decor ideas.

I am using glamorous black and gold colors and made some decorations like the 2016 numbers, that you can make yourself too!
Download the printable shape here and draw it on the paper with the color that you want to use. You can also use plain cardboard and paint it.
After cutting the shape paste it to a barbecue stick.

Pompoms are so festive and you can also use any silk paper color to match the table decorations.

To decorate a plane glass or candle holder you can make small ties. It will be easy to secure the ribbon whit some stitches.

I hope you feel inspired and that your holidays celebration are fill with peace and happiness.

Hello my friends from Blad! I am very happy to greet all of you and to participate in this month challenge: the theme is "Christmas Ideas". I want to share an idea inspired by one of my favorite candles for the holiday season from Tine K Home.

As we await for December 24th, we make plans with family and friends. To make it more exciting, we can start counting the days on the calendar. And why not to do it in a warmer way with a candle.
You will need only a glass jar (in this case I have kept a jam one), design the numbers from 1 to 24 as you like them to look and then add them to the bottle. When I do a project like this I like to use self-adhesive paper. Put your favorite candle in the jar - you can use a candle with Christmas scent.

Si les gusta mi diseño lo pueden bajar he imprimir dándole clic aquí!
If you like my design you can download it here!

Este puede ser un lindo regalo pre navideño para alguien especial.
Espero ver mas lindas ideas en el desafió.
Saludos

Ninja Turtles Birthday Party & Free Printable

I had a "blast from the past" preparing my son Oskar's birthday.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was one of my brother's favorite cartoon back in the late 80's and my son was surprised about how familiar I was with the Ninja Turtles story line.

Every birthday party starts with the invitations. The website "Print with my Pic" has original templates you can personalize and print. In this case, my favorites are the ones that look like tickets. You just have to follow some simple instructions and get your printer ready. For my son´s party invitations I found a Ninja Turtles picture via Google Images; I changed the text on paint and added it to the invitation.

To keep with the Ninja Turtles theme we decided to serve pizzas and that's where I came with the idea to make an Oskar's Pizza logo! I used the logo to make a welcome and an establishment sign, to decorate the drinking cups - and added some stickers on the kids goodie bags. I always use Avery's sticker project paper for this projects.

The activity "coloring your own mask" is always a success. You can print Ninja Turtle mask from the Carnival coloring pages.

The balloon decorations where to easy and fun!
I found them on the website MySunWillShine; the green balloons are from Søstrene Grenes.

I am grateful for all the bloggers and designers that share their creations for free! And just because I want to share the TMNT pizza logo with all of you! If you are planning a TMNT party you can personalized this logo with you own name! Click on the picture to download it from Google documents. Enjoy!

Printable Bunting Banner

I designed this bunting banner for my son's birthday party using a Phineas and Ferb font and clip art from Disney.no.

Since I guess that there are other Phineas and Ferb's fans out there I wanted to share it with all of you!
Click on each picture to open the link and then tab Ctrl+S to download and save them. Print them in a thick paper. I use one of those sketchbooks for kids size A4. Here in Norway I buy them at Nille.
Make holes in the corners and tide tie them together.

This is the first time I share my own Printable Design so please be kind and let me know if you like my banner or if you have any suggestions. I will really appreciate it!
Stay tune for all my other Phineas and Ferb party ideas. Some of them are inspire from other websites and others are DIY ideas of my own.

Have a nice day! ☼
